Georgia Mountain Cabin Rentals cabins have all the amenities of home including: heating and air conditioning, completely equipped kitchens, linens and towels, and plenty of toiletries. All you have to bring is your family and any personal items ( ex. shampoo, soap and clothes. Also please note that we do not furnish food to the cabins, but we will be happy to direct you to several different grocery stores.

All Georgia Cabins For Rent are equipped with Satellite TV, DVD and VCR. Pay Per View channels cannot be ordered. We have several movie rental stores in town to choose from.
Each Georgia Mountain Cabin For Rent has a fireplace, either wood burning or gas log unit. Firewood is provided from Sept. 15- March 31 st. Most cabins with wood burning fireplaces offer helpful fire starters for those who are not familiar with building a fire.
During the winter months we cannot predict our weather and suggest that you call ahead or use our www.theweatherchannel.com site to help you plan your trip and stay. We will not be held responsible for any accidents you may occur. We will be happy to offer a towing company’s phone # to better assist you. No refund will be made for inclement weather.
Double bookings are rare. In the event a reservation is double booked, the renter will be notified. We reserve the right to relocate guest into a different cabin within our rental company or of another company. Guest will have the option to accept the replacement cabin or receive a full refund.
Parents please respect our policies by not renting cabins for your children. The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and will be asked to show identification at the time of check-in. This person must be willing to take full responsibility of each guest and stay the entire time. They will also be asked to sign our Liability Release form that will be sent along with the Rental Statement.
Appalachian Outfitters & Cabin Rentals has a strict NO SMOKING POLICY in all of our cabins. Please respect us, the homeowner and the next guest by not smoking in our cabins. You may smoke outside on the porches as long as you do not throw cigarette butts in the yard, the woods or the driveways. Smoking inside the cabin is an automatic forfeit of deposit and any additional charges for cleaning will be billed to the renter.
Also Georgia Mountain Cabin Rentals has a strict No Pet Policy. Remember the cabins we rent are not our personal cabins. The homeowner holds the right to allow pets in their cabins or not. If it is found evident a pet has occupied the property, the result is an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional cleaning expenses will be billed to the renter.
Please respect the cabin and take care of it. The cleaning fee is charged to every rental party and covers basic cleaning. If you follow the check out list and insure the cabin is left as close to the way you found it, the security deposit will surely be given back. Any additional damages to the cabin that exceeds the $250 deposit will be billed to the renters credit card.
